This department prides itself on preparing its students as capable experts and managerial and administrative personnel in hospitality industries. The curriculum is designed with an emphasis on aesthetics, humanities, and service philosophy to provide students with the depth of knowledge and skills training in the following fields: Hospitality Management & Service. Culinary Arts. Sea Food Service. Cruise & Club  Management and Service. Culinary ArtsTraining and Research. Catering Sanitation Management. Tourism & Leisure Management.

Outstanding Successes

1.We encourage our students to attend off-campus or international competitions. Students are also taught to prepare for a variety of certification examinations and the number of certificate holders has increased over time significantly.

2.The department holds regular activities such as “career planning symposiums”, “mentor programs”, and “career and job fairs” which benefit our students in acquiring jobs after graduating from school.

3.To keep track of graduate alumni, the department hosts an annual alumni fair by inviting them to share their daily life or career experiences with junior school mates in order to pass down the tradition.
